6. Curl And Press
Works your arms and shoulders.
How to do it:
- Hold a dumbbell in each hand by your sides.
- Keeping your upper arms close to your body, curl the dumbbells up to your shoulders.
- Extend your arms to push them up towards the ceiling, rotating them outwards as you do so.
- Reverse the movement to lower back to the start and repeat.
Congratulations! You’ve done it! Your first 10 minutes of total body exercises are over, but if you don’t feel tired enough, then you should do it one more time.
This quick workout can be done 2-3 times per day, whenever you have a few free minutes.
