3. Weighted Bridge

This is an effective workout for your glutes, working your hip flexors, quads and obliques.

How to do it:

  • Lie on your back with knees bent and feel flat on the floor.
  • Place a weighted plate or a dumbbell over your pelvis and keep it still with both hands.
