Day 2: Detoxify + Digest

On the second day, you are supposed to add fiber to your diet along with detoxifying your body. So, your diet should be of boiled vegetables and salad. Do not have any fruit on this day as your body is already high in glucose and sucrose.

Morning: Warm water with lemon juice and ginger. After 15 minutes, have a cup of green tea.

Breakfast: Cucumber + leafy salad + 1 baked sweet potato.

Lunch: Boiled vegetable (apart from potato).

Snack: Cucumber + celery with hummus.

Dinner: Boiled vegetable (without potatoes).

By the end of the second day you might start losing hope and the third day is going to be toughest of all. There will be several cravings but all you need to do is just pass the 3rd day of GM diet successfully. After that, you will be more comfortable.
