Day 3: Activate Your Metabolic System

As you got the warning from beforehand, so make sure you don’t break down. On the third day to treat yourself, you will eat both fruits and vegetables. (Just avoid potatoes and bananas).

*Key rule of GM diet is: lower the carb intake, better will be the result!

Morning: Warm water with lemon juice and ginger. After 15 minutes, have a cup of green tea.

Breakfast: Salad + 2 citric fruit + 1 glass of fresh juice.

Lunch: Have boiled vegetables and fruits.

Snack: Cucumber and apple salad: 1 cucumber + 2 apples (preferably red apple, not green) + 2 green chilies + lemon juice and zest + coriander or celery leaves + salt and paper to taste.

Dinner: Have boiled vegetables and fruits.
