Day 4: Start Using The Stored Fat
The day of milk and banana! Make sure you choose low-fat, skimmed milk.
Morning: Warm water with lemon juice and ginger. After 15 minutes have a cup of green tea.
Breakfast: 2 bananas + milk (to treat yourself you can make a smoothie too).
Lunch: 2 banana + 1 cup yogurt + some pomegranate.
Snack: 1 banana + low fat cheese + celery.
Dinner: 2 bananas + milk.
If you feel that 8 bananas are too much for you, then just stick to 6, but not less than that.
