Here is everything you can eat in the 10 days on phase two of the nip diet:
- Orange and apple slices with cinnamon;
- Pear or banana slices with cinnamon;
- Green smoothie with banana apple and spinach;
- One cup of berries;
- One cup of watermelon;
- Cheese (30g) with cucumber slices;
- Cheese (30g) with tomato slices.
Eat all from first phase, plus 2 servings of your favourite fruit per day.
