Super Butt Workout To Firm, Lift, And De-Dimple Your Booty
Round Butt Workout
This series of workout is known as “Peach Booty Workout”, and it is also a 10 minutes workout. Here are the 5 butt exercises that you need to do:
1. Donkey Kicks (30 seconds with each leg)
2. Curtsy Squats (1 minute)
3. Low Lunge Step (Or Jump) Ins (30 seconds with each leg)
4. Grand Plie Squats (1 minute)
5. Super Squat (2 Squats + 1 Jump, for 1 minute)
You will do all these exercises for 1 minute each and just for 2 sets each. If you feel the need, you can repeat for 3 or more sets.
