So if I can make it, you can do it too. I love this dessert because it is not too sweet, as I make it, and you can be full from one slice. I don’t know someone who doesn’t like tiramisu. So I recommend for you to try it too.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs;
  • 500 g mascarpone cheese;
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar(or more if you want it to be sweeter);
  • 2 cups of coffee(your favorite, or espresso);
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder;
  • 400 g Champagne biscuits;
  • 1 teaspoon rum extract.

Preparation

  1. Make the coffee. Make it in a kettle, or in an espresso maker. I make it strong, without sugar, but if you like you can add a little sugar. Let it cool.
  2. Separate yolks from whites.
  3. Rub the yolks with 3 tablespoons of sugar until it dissolves and the composition is creamy.
  4. Add mascarpone cheese and some rum and mix. You can do this with a mixer.
  5. Beat the egg whites well. Mix it until you get a nice foam.
  6. Combine the 2 compositions: eggs with mascarpone and egg whites. Mix gently with a spatula.
  7. Now make the tiramisu by assembling everything together.
  8. Choose your tray and start the dessert.
  9. Soak the Champagne biscuits in the coffee one at the time, on both sides and make the first layer. Put the biscuits in a single layer in the tray.
  10. Put the mascarpone cream next in one layer. Make sure you will have enough cream for 3 layers.
  11. Continue with a new layer on biscuits than cream, biscuits and again cream.
  12. Put the cocoa powder in a sieve and sprinkle over the entire cake.
  13. Put the tiramisu in the fridge for a few hours, or let it overnight to cool.

Tiramisu recipe for dummies, like I said. I bet you will like it, tasty and creamy. Let me know if you liked it and how many fingers have you licked. Bon Appétit!
