3. Warrior II Pose
The Warrior II Pose can be done in many ways and it is an effective yoga move to burn belly pooch fast. This pose helps tone and strengthen your back muscles, abs and thighs, and boosts the fat burning process.
Stand with your arms in a straight line at shoulders level, parallel to the floor. Make a step to your right and bend your right knee until you get into a side lunge position.
Slightly lower your hips as much as you can without bending your left knee. Hold for a couple of seconds, then get back into the starting position and repeat bending the other leg.
Do the Warrior II Pose for one minute straight.
