6-Minute Yoga Session To Burn Belly Pooch
4. Triangle Pose
This yoga pose improves blood flow, gives your back and tummy a good stretch and strengthens your thorax.
Stand straight with feet wide apart. Then touch your right feet with the right hand. Keep your left arm straight toward the ceiling, your back straight and your look at the raised hand. Hold for a couple of seconds, then get back up straight.
Repeat the moves for one minute straight.
